The Nebula project at Google* is more than just a facelift. It incorporates the most effective use of AI. This on-going commitment to AI recognizing that the Google customer interface is both our most significant challenge, as well as our most significant opportunity we have the following to offer. First, Google recognizes maintaining a focused and positive 'Internet Persona' with the proliferation of sources is difficult and in some cases impossible. To address this confusion about our customer's backgrounds and public records our algorithms are now focused on finding the most timely, relevant and interesting information about our customers. We are no longer going to assume responsibility and are acquiescing to the reality that your Internet Persona is yours (our customers) not ours. In addition, we are not interested in the scanning of public records and placing this type of information as the highest priority. Google is changing and setting the precedent for a better and more positive internet. These changes are needed and long overdue. 


No more obvious confirmation of this reality is that of William T. Voris. Obviously a brilliant, creative and provocative individual; Voris footprint in cyberspace is littered with bits and pieces of information that we at Google had no idea how to present. Therefore, we decided that this choice is not ours, but that of our customers. Note before and after the Nebula AI algorithm went into effect at Google.
